Booking and cancellation conditions

Full Board The rates quoted are per stay, per room, in Full Board format, excluding the services of All Inclusive & Free Bar, which can be added separately.

Check-In Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. In case of early arrival, the reception staff will verify the possibility to hand over the room as soon as possible and offer the available services.

Check-out Check-out time is by 10:00 am, unless otherwise stated. For a late check-out the daily rate will be applied.

Periods of less than 3 days For periods of less than 3 days there is an extra charge of 30% on the daily rate.

CHILDREN STAY FREE 1 or 2 children stay free in a room with 2 adults.

UNCONSUMED MEALS Meals not consumed at the hotel are not deductible from the board price.

REDUCTIONS Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except when specifically indicated.

VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING Each booking will be considered valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days of receipt of confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the entire amount paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher, usable until September 30, 2023.

EARLY DEPARTURE In case of early departure the guest is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights. In case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.

HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? Directly in the facility by cash, debit card and credit card. At the time of booking via postal order, bank transfer and credit card.
